Helping Paul

Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing beautifully and enjoying what feels like the only week of summer we've had all year? We start with some bad news I'm afraid. A couple of weeks ago we helped Declan try and achieve as much of his bucket list as possible. Sadly Declan passed away on Sunday and his mother has said she wants to achieve the remaining things in his memory. Rest in peace Declan.

This week's nomination feels like a time pressing one where we are giving much needed funds to a father of three who has a particularly aggressive form of cancer and who's care prohibits him from working. As a self employed person this has massive implications to the financial safety and security of this young family so we want to help them at this incredibly difficult time. We thank Aaron for bringing this nomination to us and wish Paul well.

Hi guys, hope you’re all keeping well? I’d like to put forward a nomination.

Paul who is 50 was very recently was diagnosed with inoperable stage 4 esophagus cancer, this is a really aggessive cancer and is life limiting.  He has started a 6 month cycle of chemotehrapy which may extend his life but only time will tell.  Due to the treatment Paul, who is self employed, is unable to work and therefore he and the family have no income from now on.  Paul has 3 children,18, 9 and 7.  He hasn't broken the news to the small children yet.

A go fund me page has been set up to try and take at least one worry away from him during this difficult time and to be able to donate £500 to this worthy cause would be greatly appreciate.

Paul is a generous and kind friend and loving father, this sudden diagnosis has shocked his friends and family so anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Aaron

Keep up the great work you guys are doing ❤️
