Declan's Bucket List

Morning all! Declan is a young man with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and in spite of living with it for such a long time he’s sadly found out he’s got just 6 months to live. But Declan has decided in his own words “ So because of this infomation ive been given It has given my the KICK UP THE ARSE to go out and Live my Life to the Fullest! so i've decided to make a Bucket list! as i want to make this the greatest last year of my Life! ”
