Good morning and happy Christmas Eve to you all. Thank you all so much for your unwavering support this year. Your incredible nominations have meant we’ve helped such a broad range of people and you’ve all helped make such an important difference each and every week.

They started from their humble beginnings as case workers whose hearts broke for vulnerable families that were unable to provide for their kids at Christmas and wanted to help with gifts and a hamper that makes the perfect holiday, alleviates worry and helps make precious memories. Well from 40 hampers in year one they are now providing for over 1200 families who so desperately need and deserve them. It’s an incredible coming together of volunteers and we went to the Lego store to buy much needed toys for dozens of children and to Lego’s credit when we mentioned to the manager who we were and who we wanted to help they donated and extra £250 of Lego meaning we could deliver £750 of Lego to help Operation Community Hamper to help these families and make them a Christmas to remember.
