For the poor pensioners that lost so much

Hello to our brilliant group. We hope you all had a lovely Easter break and the weather didn’t put you off doing something nice, even resting and catching up with friends and loved ones. 

This week’s nomination is from long time member Karin and is the sort of help we can offer immediately. Imagine being pensioners and have the house go up in flames.We are literally helping this unfortunate couple to put a roof over their heads and clothes on their bodies again and we think our help will push them to their target which is a very modest one.

 Dear team 

Please see details of my nomination below. I know you must get lots of nominations, but I haven’t nominated for a while and felt that these people in the village next to me, have been through a lot and need some help getting a roof on their house after an awful fire. I’m going to try and go to a fundraising coffee morning next weekend if you need more details. Thank you so much for all the work you keep doing to administrate 500 reasons- this is such a great model for charity!
