Please would you consider putting this family forward to help them through this devastating time.
Rhian is a young mum from Blackwood who's been fighting cancer for 15years . In this time she lost her little 4yr old son Jacob just 4 years ago in a tragic accident Jacob also as a brother called Oliver who is 11 years old who misses his little brother so much. They have now had devastating news that Rhians cancer is aggressive so treatment is no longer an option she is now bed bound and is being cared for by her husband Ross. Please would you take it in your hearts to put this family forward . Thank you so much Sheila
