Being able to act fast

One of the reasons I came up with the idea of 500 Reasons is the ability to cut through the bureaucracy and get funds to people quickly who’s life have been affected so profoundly they need to rebuild immediately and pay for things right away. Sadly, this is one of those situations. Lots of love x

Dearest 500 reasons community,

We were able to respond to an urgent nomination again this week when a family became greatly in need.

A awful event, a young family who’s house caught fire last week needed help and we could offer that.

I have met the 8 year old girl who luckily her and her family escaped a house fire that completely savaged their home, the family have literally lost everything, and with our support and love they can replace some basics, such as school uniforms and house essential whilst trying to rebuild their home.

Here is the nomination in full received by our Rhiannon Jones, who’s daughter is best friends with the youngest child of the family. 

Would you please consider helping a lovely family from Blaina who unfortunately has lost all of their belongings in a house fire last week, the sons t.v  caught on fire while they were sleeping luckily the parents & 3 children escaped but they have lost everything.
